GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLIENT INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts concluded between the Seller and the Customer for the sale of the Goods, using the means of remote communication and refer to all offers presented by the Seller in the online shop, available at http://www.konrad-bielizna.pl/pl/sklep.html.
In the scope of services provided electronically, these Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 9 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended). These regulations refer to all Shoppers. The customer is obliged to comply with all provisions of the Regulations. Sales are made on the basis of these Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placing the order.
All information contained on the Store's web site, relating to products (including prices), is not a commercial offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Civil Code, but the invitation to enter into an agreement specified in art.71 of the Civil Code.
Personal data protection
KONRAD's online store limits the use and collection of customer information to the minimum required for shipping merchandise, including, but not limited to, the shipping of goods. E-mail addresses, personal-address data. This information is not available to third parties and serves to fulfill customer orders. Your data is processed by us in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and will not be shared with any third party.
Acceptance and execution of orders
The Terms of Service of the Shop is to familiarize with these Regulations and its acceptance. By placing an order the customer accepts the content of the Terms and Conditions.
Customer orders are accepted by the online shop 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail after the order is placed by e-mail.
Upon receipt of confirmation by the Customer of acceptance of the offer, the process of order fulfillment by the Seller begins, with the following:
- if a pay order is received on receipt - begins no later than the next business day after its confirmation by the Seller,
- when placing a payment order with traditional transfer - starts after the payment has been made in the bank account of the Shop for the order placed,
- when ordering an on-line payment - starts after receiving from the TRANSFER website information about the correct payment for the given order number.
Orders placed in the Shop are available during the opening hours of the Shop (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm).
For each order, the customer receives a receipt for the purchase of goods on a durable medium, which is to print the order in paper form. In addition, the customer receives the same order print. To the e-mail address given in the order.

No minimum order amount is specified. In the event that customer data is incomplete or untrue on the order form, the order will not be accepted for execution. When placing an order please remember to give exact descriptions of ordered goods (name, color, quantity) and your data (name, address, phone number, e-mail address). Placing a cart in the selected item does not equate to its purchase. The goods in the customer's basket until the completion of the ordering process remain the property of the shop.
All prices presented in the KONRAD online store are gross (including VAT) in Polish zlotys.
KONRAD is not responsible for purchases made by third parties using your account and your password. Any disputes arising in connection with the execution of transactions in the online store will be resolved through the parties' agreement. In case of disagreement, the dispute will be resolved by a court of law.
Each customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the contents of the Regulations and is bound by the provisions of the Regulations at the time of ordering.
The confirmation of the order allows for the final acceptance of the order by the ordering party. The message is sent to you requesting the order confirmation automatically, so if you have any comments please write to us at: email@example.com.
Order fulfillment time
The shipment deadline from the acceptance of the order is up to 10 working days. In the absence of the ordered goods, the shop will immediately inform you about the nearest date of execution of the order placed.
NOTE SALE: The size of the underwear models of the sale is often the last item we have in stock. Due to the fact that the system does not subtracts the pieces automatically, it may happen that your order size is no longer available because someone has just bought it. We order orders according to the order of receipt - their numbering. If you no longer have the size you ordered, we will contact you to choose another model.
Forms of payment
We accept the following forms of payment;
• Transfer to the Company account - transfer to traditional payment on-line,
• Cash on delivery (on pickup).
ATTENTION: NO POSSIBILITY TO PAY!
When choosing the form of payment "transfer" money should be transferred to the account given on the order. After posting the transfer in our account, we send a package. For money we wait 14 calendar days, after which the order is canceled.

Orders - foreign customers
We do not ship goods outside the European Union.
In the case of orders made abroad we accept only payment transfer to the account. The shipment of goods takes place after receipt of confirmation from the Bank after receipt of money from you. Shipping costs PLN 49, send by courier DPD or UPS.
Cancellation of order, exchange and complaint

Exchange and refund can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of returning the goods to KONRAD is covered by the buyer. In the case of replacement of the returned item, please include proof of sale together with the item "replacement". The cost of the exchange is 10.70 zł - courier InPost courier - payable at the exchange. This cost is only the cost of shipping the parcel by courier.
If you happen to discover any technical defects in it (for non-worn goods), please return the defective product to us at your usual postal address as soon as possible. Include shipping receipt with proof of sale. The product will be exchanged for full value. If this is not possible (for example, due to exhaustion of a particular assortment), we will offer you a choice of other products available in our shop.
Complaints regarding mechanical damage caused during transport will be handled only on the basis of the complaint protocol written in the presence of the service provider. Damage incurred in transport is the responsibility of the Seller.
Costs of shipments due to incorrect order fulfillment by the KONRAD online store are covered by the seller.
The Regulations define the rules of execution and performance of the contract of sale of goods on the Shop. The sale contract is concluded between the Customer and the Seller Konrad Sp., Ul. Dąbrowska 44, 99-235 Pęczniew. Fixing, securing and making available the relevant provisions of the contract is made by printing and passing the documents confirming the purchase of the goods to the Client along with the shipment. The Terms and Conditions are available to all Customers in electronic version on the Shop http://www.konrad-bielizna.pl/pl/sklep.html. To use the Store, you need to have Internet access devices and an Internet resource viewer to view web pages, as well as provide an email address to send information about your order. It is forbidden for shoppers (including customers) to post illegal content. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the generally applicable law apply. The Terms do not exclude or limit any rights of the consumer being the consumer who is entitled to it under the mandatory laws. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Regulations and the mandatory provisions of law, which confer rights to consumers, these provisions shall prevail.
